"Words are so inadequate for expressing our thanks for the care you gave my mom. You treated her with care, patience, dignity, and compassion, even as she deteriorated and became more challenging to care for. Even as she became less responsive over her last few weeks, you did your best to get her to smile and make sure she was comfortable. And as I visited with mom, it was evident that you have that same sense of caring for all of the residents. I will forever hold you in my heart and in my prayers as you continue to care for the residents of Plum City Care Center. You guys are awesome, and I count you as now cherished friends. God Bless!"
