"I was very pleased with the nursing staff and my doctor was pleased with the therapy I received. There was plenty of food at meal times and I truly enjoyed the Friday Happy Hour with snack and refreshments. The housekeeping staff was pleasant, friendly and talkative. Penny, the Social Worker was helpful and enjoyable. Keep doing what you’re doing!"

The staff are very kind and caring. The activities are great! It's wonderful that there are activities everyday and some days all day. Great opportunities for residents to stay active. Always welcoming families to participate is also a plus. We are lucky to have a great facility in our small town.

I like the “friendship” we have with the other girls. The meals suit me fine. We all seem compassionate when there is sadness at “The Seasons”. Like there has been. My room is warm enough. My room is satisfactory and I like when the girls clean it. Friendship, working w/very special ladies, activities, and everyone is so caring about each other. Meals are good. The season’s is a sunshine place. The Care is wonderful. I’ve never heard an unkind word or seen and unkind act! Carmen is great and great with care giving if anyone is not well. Food is usually good. Sometimes the evening meal is not up to my liking .This is a good place to be if needed.

The center has an amazing staff who are kind and attentive. The facility is not only clean, but beautiful. We feel that Mom is in a wonderful place! The activities are Mom's favorites, from singing to Bingo! Many community people come in including visits from cute animals, musicians, and Mass on Thursdays.

The positive attitude of the employees. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Which is comforting to our family knowing mom is receiving excellent care.

Thanks for the care you provided for my mother Patricia L. and my stepfather Wallace L. while they were living and in your facility. Every time I visited your staff was always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in the facility was very pleasant. The staff are always available to family and residents. My parents have flourished. They are happy and well cared for. The activities are fun, creative, and engaging. They feel loved and at home. We are blessed and so grateful for Plum City Care Center.
